While your vehicle is in our care, we will exercise reasonable care in handling and storage. However, we are not responsible for damage from fire, theft, vandalism, acts of nature, or other causes beyond our control. We recommend maintaining comprehensive insurance coverage on your vehicle.
Appointments are scheduled based on availability and nature of work required. We will make reasonable efforts to complete work by estimated times, but completion times are not guaranteed due to the unpredictable nature of automotive repair. We dispose of automotive waste materials including oil, filters, batteries, and tires in accordance with environmental regulations. Environmental fees may apply to certain services.
We are committed to resolving any concerns promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint about our service, please contact us directly first. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration in Lafayette, Indiana.
