  • Pay for services in full upon completion unless other arrangements have been made
  • Pick up your vehicle within a reasonable time after service completion
  • Notify us of any issues or concerns promptly after service

4. Estimates and Authorization

All repair work requires written authorization before commencement. Estimates are provided in good faith based on visual inspection and initial diagnostics. Final costs may vary if additional problems are discovered during service. We will contact you for approval before performing any work beyond the original authorization.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept:

  • Cash and checks
  • Major credit and debit cards

  • Includes: Parts and labor for warranty-covered repairs
  • Excludes: Normal wear items, misuse, accidents, or modifications by others
  • Maintenance items: Oil changes, filters, and routine maintenance have limited warranty periods

Warranty claims must be made at our facility during business hours. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer and vehicle.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service performed. We are not responsible for:

  • Consequential or indirect damages
  • Loss of use, income, or profits
  • Items left in the vehicle
  • Existing damage not caused by our service
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow maintenance recommendations

8. Vehicle Storage and Liability

While your vehicle is in our care, we will exercise reasonable care in handling and storage. However, we are not responsible for damage from fire, theft, vandalism, acts of nature, or other causes beyond our control. We recommend maintaining comprehensive insurance coverage on your vehicle.

9. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability and nature of work required. We will make reasonable efforts to complete work by estimated times, but completion times are not guaranteed due to the unpredictable nature of automotive repair. Emergency situations may take priority over scheduled appointments.

10. Cancelled or Missed Appointments

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Repeated missed appointments without notice may result in requirement for advance payment or deposits for future services.

11. Parts and Materials

We use quality OEM or equivalent aftermarket parts. Customer-supplied parts are installed at customer's risk and carry no warranty from us. We reserve the right to refuse installation of parts we deem unsafe or inappropriate.

12. Environmental Responsibilities

We dispose of automotive waste materials including oil, filters, batteries, and tires in accordance with environmental regulations. Environmental fees may apply to certain services.

We are committed to resolving any concerns promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint about our service, please contact us directly first. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration in Lafayette, Indiana.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any legal proceedings related to these Terms shall be conducted in the appropriate courts of Tippecanoe County, Indiana.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
